1. The Owners offer for the sales of the entire shareholdings of Seri Imbas Sdn Bhd. The price is RM500,000.00 per acre.
2. Seri Imbas Sdn Bhd has submitted Development Plan for CL 175342499 and CL 175342480, pending for approval.
3. The said Lands are free from all encumbrances.
4. Seri Imbas Sdn Bhd is a dormant company and is not engaged in any business nor had been engaged in any business. 
5. The Owners do not prefer JV.
